ABOUT ME

Kevin Phelps was born and raised in Chicago and considered himself an urban urchin who survived its dangerous streets and darkened alleys. After many miles spent on the road in the construction industry, he has quietly settled down with his wife outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area and away from the big city. This is his debut novel.
